Some ideas: 
Creating Anonymous documents which can be used by any fellowship, focusing on principles, allowing for spiritual bridges to be built into all fellowships, but also bridging the father program (AA) to its son program (CoDA). Full Circle.

Trying to bring the Traditions and Concepts down to a more intimate level, how they apply to emotional sobriety, boundaries, and spiritual structure in relationships, business or any other affairs.

To allow the Spirit to speak through us Today, being open to the needs for fresh insight, a youthful ever evolving program and to be cautious, yet forgiving, of rigidity, fundamentalism and the dangers of formalism.

To unite all the fellowships in Spirit
To bring new life forces into the fellowship
To not lose Wisdom gained through AA and other fellowships
To allow problems of money, food or sex to be understood as manifestations of codependence, covering each topic, yet using CoDA Wisdom.
To heal the spiritual divide between programs (aka recovery racism)
To build a program which is inclusive and understanding
To heal the broken masculine and the broken feminine
To heal CoDA from the inside (inter-relations) radiating outward
To heal the Inner Child
To build a bridge to the HEART
